We’re here for the group trip
Someone drops a place in the chat and suddenly you’re checking flights. You start working out dates, where to stay and how much everyone wants to spend. Part of the fun is having something to look forward to together.
That’s the trip we’re building NomadCrew for. The weekend around a gig, the visit to a friend who moved abroad, or the holiday you’ve finally found dates for.
Give everyone a part in the plan
One friend might know the area. Another wants to sort dinner. Someone else is finding a way to arrive after work. The plan gets better when everyone can bring something to it.
NomadCrew gives your group a shared itinerary, trip chat and a record of the costs you’re splitting. You can check when you’re meeting, talk through a change and see who covered the shared ride. The plan stays with the group as the trip takes shape.
We call the extra work of chasing details and repeating updates the Coordination Tax. It’s familiar, but it doesn’t have to define the trip. We’re building a place where more of the crew can see what’s happening and help.
Your crew can start anywhere
Sometimes you’re travelling with friends you’ve known for years. Sometimes it’s people from your hiking group, or a few familiar faces from a weekly class. Going away together gives you time you don’t get in the usual hour before everyone heads home.
If you’re the person bringing that group together, NomadCrew can be the place you share the plan and keep the conversation going. Everyone coming should be able to take part in the planning and know what to expect.
Get the organiser back to the campfire
That’s our mission. The campfire might be dinner after a long walk or sitting around long after the food’s gone.
Whoever made the trip happen should get to be there for it. When the group can find the plan and share the work, there’s less to explain from the other end of the table.

I’m Naqeebali Shamsi, though most people call me Naqeeb. I build and run NomadCrew on my own.
